Vision
With the Group company creed “Through youth, ideas, and ceaseless efforts, we shall provide safe and reliable services to our customers, contribute to the local community, and endeavor to develop our businesses” as our policy, we play an active role in contributing to achieving a sustainable society in daily company activities as a public institution of society in efforts to continue being a company with value for all of our stakeholders.
To achieve these goals and deliver a bright future to all stakeholders, the Group will provide high-quality, safe, reliable, socially and environmentally-conscious services, and continue working toward our Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) while improving our medium- to long-term corporate value.
Sustainability Promotion Structure
At VT Holdings, we see sustainability (SDGs) initiatives at the Company and the Group as key business issues. To ensure company-wide activities in this area across the board at all domestic and overseas automobile and housing Group companies, the Sustainability Committee chaired by the President & CEO has been established to provide directions for and check the status of Group-wide sustainability activities.
A specific example is that staff members from various Group companies are collaborating at the grassroots level under a single shared consciousness and working on various ideas and strengthening Group cohesion through SDGs activities.
