Basic Human Resource Strategy Policy

The VT Holdings Group believes that human resources are the most valuable management resource in achieving sustainable improvement of corporate value.
We recognize that in order to well utilize such human resources, it is important to create an environment where a diverse group of employees of all ages, genders, nationalities, races, cultural backgrounds, lifestyles, and experiences can gather together, improve each other’s skills, and maximize their skills. In particular, we are engaged in hiring diverse human resources regardless of gender or nationality, training staff and creating environments in-house to respect individual values (personalities).

Hiring Policy

In addition to developing environments where employees with different values and backgrounds can work equally, the VT Holdings Group hires individuals who can act quickly and autonomously, taking advantage of situations on their own, carrying through with work until they are satisfied with the results, regardless of whether they are new graduates or mid-career hires.

While working to train human resources who will be responsible for the next generation, we are actively engaged in efforts to improve management rules and systems that assist staff in self-study, career development, skill development, and skill shifts so that people can work in line with their individual abilities, desires, and lifestyles.

    VT Holdings signed the Electric Vehicle-Driven Carbon-Free Society and Natural Disaster Resilience Partnership Agreement to reduce the impact on the environment, supply electricity during disasters, and cooperate on maintaining safety until infrastructure can be restored by promoting the proliferation of EVs.
