Basic Human Resource Strategy Policy

We recognize that in order to well utilize such human resources, it is important to create an environment where a diverse group of employees of all ages, genders, nationalities, races, cultural backgrounds, lifestyles, and experiences can gather together, improve each other’s skills, and maximize their skills.
